BROWNIES

1. HOW LONG WILL THE BROWNIES LAST?

You may put them in the refrigerator and they will last 7-21 days. "You can put them in the freezer and they will last up to 3 months. We advise you to put them in zip-lock bags for the freezer. Some people like to eat them straight from the freezer without thawing.

2. ALLERGIES

We are aware that many people have nut specific allergies. We, at Sweets for the Soul, take all the precautions we can, but we do use pecans in our Brownie Bliss formula. The nuts come from a place that processes other nuts as well. If you are or the recipient is someone who has nut allergies we regretfully suggest you do not purchase our product.

3. CAN I MICROWAVE THE BROWNIES?

Yes, you can put them in the microwave on a microwaveable plate for 15-30 seconds.

1. WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS TIME SENSITIVE?

We would use FEDEX priority overnight or Standard Overnight delivery.

1. IF I WANT AN ORDER SHIPPED AT A FUTURE DATE,SHOULD I ORDER NOW?

YES! you should place your order as soon as you have all the information.

2. HOW DO YOU PROCESS ORDERS?

We process orders as we receive them. The person/company who ordered first will have priority.

3.WHEN DO YOU RUN MY CREDIT CARD?

We run credit card on the shipment date. If there are any problems, it is important that we be able to get in touch with you. Please enter your daytime phone number so this is possible.

4. WHAT ABOUT HOLIDAY ORDERING?

We suggest organizing your list and contacting us as early as possible. It is NEVER TOO EARLY to order. Our last shipping day will be December 10th.
