FedEx Priority Overnight Standard or Standard Overnight anywhere within the Continental United States.

Rates are determined by address and zip code and will be calculated via the order process prior to confirming your order.

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours from the time the order is confirmed.

You will receive an email confirmation. If you place your order after 6 pm PST your order will be confirmed the following day.

There is no shipping  Fridays as our rates do not include Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Brownies are freshly baked in small batches for individual order as they are received and shipped immediately for maximum freshness.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, FPO or APO addresses.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays due to Acts of God, which may include natural disasters, bad weather, civil unrest, labor disputes or disruption in transportations networks.

We cannot accept responsibility if we are given incomplete or incorrect delivery information.

We will mark the No Signature Required box on the FEDEX form otherwise if no one is there to receive the package FEDEX will add an additional charge to deliver it a second time.

We will refund shipping charges if you receive the wrong order or if there is a problem with the brownies. In that event, please contact us immediately.

For anyone allergic to NUTS We do use nuts in our Brownie Bliss Formula. There are nuts on the premises and the possibility some brownie could contain trace amounts of nut oils. Please refrain from eating our brownies.

If you are unhappy with our brownies for any reason please contact us so we can remedy that.
